When
You will prepare and produce food items for in-room dining in line with prescribed recipes, portioning and presentation standards. You will follow the work list and directions given by the Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs, and complete each task within the expected time frame. Daily duties include proper storage of food products using FIFO practices, keeping your station and all culinary areas clean and sanitary, and using kitchen equipment safely. You must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift, report on time, and follow health, safety, sanitation and fire procedures. You will also attend company trainings and maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance when working in public areas of the hotel.
