As an F&B Commis II in the Halal Kitchen team member dining room, you follow instructions from Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs to complete assigned tasks. You adapt to business needs and work any day of the week or shift. You monitor food production to ensure it meets recipes, presentation, and portioning standards. You keep all food stored properly and maintain high cleanliness and sanitation in culinary areas. You also follow health, safety, sanitation, and fire procedures, and report maintenance defects.
