Serve food and beverage orders and attend to guests in a private club lounge, following the Forbes Sequence of Service to deliver a luxury experience. Support à la carte, afternoon tea and buffet operations, including setting up the restaurant before service and making sure all amenities and utensils are stocked and inspected. Assist guests with their requests, make menu suggestions and stay well versed in all aspects of the menu. Communicate guest preferences, feedback and service issues to the Captain or Manager on Duty. Be flexible to take on different duties and support the Premium 55 F&B restaurant when needed.
