When
Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests at Ruby Lounge. Provide friendly and excellent service, assist with restaurant setup, and ensure amenities and utensils are stocked and inspected before service. Be well-versed in the menu, assist with guest requests, and conduct suggestive selling and up-selling. Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries, plus other administrative duties. Perform cashiering duties such as operating the POS system, handling cash and credit transactions, and keeping the cash drawer accurate and reconciled at the end of each shift.
