Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests in the restaurant. Set up the restaurant for service and ensure amenities and utensils are stocked and inspected. Assist guests with requests, make menu recommendations, up-sell, and handle telephone and email reservation enquiries plus other admin duties. Operate the POS system, handle cash and credit transactions, and keep the cash drawer accurate. Push and manage the dim sum trolley, present and promote dishes, serve from the trolley, and coordinate with the kitchen for replenishment.
