Oversee financial performance and financial, capital and liquidity controls for Asia legal entities. Lead monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory and financial reporting, including ad-hoc submissions. Monitor regulatory capital requirements and ensure entities remain appropriately capitalised. Coordinate finance and statutory audits, regulatory examinations and Group audits. Partner with Finance, Banking, Compliance, Risk, Legal and Product teams to improve reporting, systems, controls and processes. Drive simplification, standardisation and automation of finance reporting and controls.
