About the role

This role supports revenue planning, budgeting and forecasting for Asia Pacific markets, along with financial analysis and management performance reporting for the region. It sits within Visa's finance function and suits a self-starter with an analytical, inquisitive mindset who can communicate business performance clearly to senior leadership. You will work closely with internal partners across finance, systems and strategy.

What you'll do

Support planning and forecasting of drivers and revenue for markets, using COE baselines and cluster input, and keep deliverables timely
Optimise the level of detail, accuracy and clarity of assumptions in forecasts
Analyse cross-border business driver trends and evaluate what is driving their evolution through data and discussions with Finance Business Partners and other stakeholders

Provide a point of view to finance management where needed

Lead payment volume-related analysis and support quarterly earnings preparation

Support storyboarding of analytical output and production of materials for business reviews and presentations

Develop and evolve techniques and methodologies to analyse, measure and forecast business performance, including relevant use of AI

Perform ad hoc scenario modelling and other analysis for management

Proactively identify and communicate business implications of analysis

Simplify and present complex issues to stakeholders

Good to know

At least 3 days in office required, with expectations confirmed by the hiring manager

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics or equivalent
At least 8 years relevant post-qualification experience
At least 4 years in a financial analysis role
Industry experience where technology (digital, e-commerce or m-commerce) features strongly is preferred
Well-developed technical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
Able to collaborate across finance, systems and strategy teams within a matrix structure
