About the role

You will be the first point of contact for merchants and commercial teams on financial-related issues. You will educate and advise merchants’ finance teams on how to get the most value from the platform, products and features. You will analyse merchant pain points and work closely with Finance Product and Development teams to improve or build new products. You may need to make quick decisions and prioritise requests under pressure.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience with financial products (issuing, business accounts, capital/business financing) in banking or fintech
Strong analytical skills and able to learn internal accounting systems
Strong commercial acumen and comfortable speaking directly with merchants
Able to make quick informed decisions under pressure and prioritise well
Excellent written and verbal English; other languages a plus
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
