Support sales budgeting and long-range planning by linking revenue targets to merchandising plans, inventory availability, product launches and category strategies. Build monthly or quarterly rolling forecasts using retail drivers such as traffic, conversion, ATV, sell-through, stock cover and launch phasing. Perform weekly and monthly variance analysis on retail sales against forecast and budget. Analyse sales performance by store, category, assortment mix and region to identify growth opportunities and risks. Partner with commercial, merchandising, operations and marketing teams to align pricing, assortment and revenue forecasts.
