Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service in line with the hotel's standard operating procedures. Greet guests, take food and drink orders accurately, serve meals and drinks, and check on guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tables, side stations, silverware and glassware, and follow opening and closing duties. Support upselling, relay guest complaints to the manager, and work closely with restaurant colleagues. Attend training, briefings and meetings, and follow food safety, hygiene and emergency procedures.
