When
You will be the first and last point of contact in the retail store, representing the company's image to customers. Your duties include providing sincere service to meet customer needs, managing customer demands and expectations professionally, and ensuring a seamless checkout experience. You will also handle back-end cash floats and balances, manage click-and-collect services, and ensure the safety of teammates and customers. Additionally, you will respond to customer enquiries via email and phone, and share your passion for sports with customers.
