This hybrid role splits time between global employee experience and culture strategy and regional workplace operations for APAC. You will run employee engagement surveys, build a global culture champion network, and design company-wide events with a clear strategic purpose. You will also oversee day-to-day office facilities, space planning, health and safety, vendor management, and local operations budgets. You will partner with HR and regional leads to embed cultural milestones into onboarding and other core people workflows.
