When
You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries by phone, email and online bookings. You will take reservations, operate the POS system, process card and cash payments, and ensure bill accuracy. You will also assist with order-taking, recommend menu items, upsell promotions, and support takeaway and delivery orders. Other duties include setting up tables, clearing dishes, preparing beverages, and following hygiene standards.
