About the role

You will be the first point of contact for guests through phone, email, or online bookings. You will answer calls, record reservations, and update booking details. You will also assist with POS transactions and ensure bills are accurate before presenting to guests. You will help set up tables and service areas according to SOP. You will attend to guest feedback politely and escalate to supervisors when necessary. Other duties may be assigned by Management.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or restaurant settings preferred
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Basic knowledge of commonly used reservations systems
Flexibility to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays
