About the role

You will understand each guest's needs and preferences to provide personalised service. You will coordinate reservation requests with the team and help ensure a smooth guest experience journey. You will build and maintain positive customer contact at the restaurant and club, recognising VIP and regular guests. You will gather guest feedback and communicate comments to the Guest Relations Managers and other teams. You will also help with the general upkeep of the restaurant and club facilities and handle ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

Fluent and literate for communication with stakeholders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer focused and intuitive to customer needs
Ability to maintain calm composure with difficult customer interactions
Ability to work well with others and independently
Self-motivated, adaptive, open-minded and flexible
