About the role

You will clean guestrooms thoroughly, including changing all linen and towels, vacuuming, dusting, restocking guest supplies and cleaning bathrooms. You will report any maintenance or repair issues to Housekeeping Management or the Engineering Department. You will respond to guest requests, communicate with guests and anticipate their needs to keep them satisfied. You must maintain positive guest relations at all times.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills
Willing to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons and overnight, and on public holidays
