Assist with daily park operations, including queue and crowd management and keeping the park clean. Provide administrative support to the department and help deliver an excellent guest experience. Greet guests, answer their queries and assist with other guest-related situations. Resolve feedback, issues and concerns raised by guests, and help with wildlife management efforts. Carry out other relevant duties as assigned.
