Own MoneySmart's organic marketing strategy across Singapore and Hong Kong, with commercial accountability for organic acquisition and revenue. Lead Singapore SEO end to end, including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, link building and competitive positioning. Build visibility and authority across AI-driven search surfaces such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Gemini. Partner with Product, Engineering, Content and Acquisition teams to make SEO, content, social, referral and on-site organic mechanics work as one acquisition system. Provide strategic direction to the Hong Kong organic lead and set regional standards across both markets.
