About the role
This role leads the Sanofi Manufacturing System program at a Singapore manufacturing site, working with site leadership, global SMS teams and cross-functional partners. It suits an experienced operational excellence leader who can drive transformation and embed continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.
What you'll do
Lead deployment and ongoing evolution of the Sanofi Manufacturing System (SMS 2.0) across the site.
Drive performance transformation through SMS deployment, performance boosters, continuous improvement and Factory 4.0 solutions.
Identify performance gaps using benchmarking, maturity assessments and data analysis, and turn findings into improvement opportunities.
Ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact across Quality, Delivery, Cost, Safety and People goals.
Lead change management to embed sustainable operational excellence practices.
Set up governance to track initiative progress, benefits and long-term sustainability.
Partner with Finance, Operations and Procurement to validate and capture savings from transformation work.
Monitor performance indicators and identify risks needing corrective action.
Standardise, sustain and replicate continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing organisation.
Work with Global SMS leaders to develop, deploy and improve SMS operating standards.
Support network initiatives such as SMS Maturity Assessments, SMS Trainer activities and cross-site knowledge sharing.
Lead the site's SMS capability strategy, including upskilling roadmaps and continuous learning programs.
Coach, mentor and develop capabilities at all organisational levels to foster operational excellence.
Manage resource allocation for performance and transformation initiatives.
Oversee the site digital budget for SMS deployment and Factory 4.0 initiatives.
Define execution approaches for operational excellence and transformation programs.
Set expected value creation targets and confirm business benefits are realised.
Lead development of the site's SMS capability roadmap.
Drive periodic reviews and annual upgrades of SMS operating standards with Global Manufacturing & Supply teams.

Requirements
At least 8 years leading Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement programs in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated manufacturing
Proven experience leading transformation and change management initiatives
Demonstrated experience deploying manufacturing operating systems and driving sustainable operational performance improvements
Experience in cGMP regulated manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of Sanofi Manufacturing System (SMS) operating standards and SMS certification framework preferred
Expertise in Operational Excellence methodologies including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Agile and Continuous Improvement
