When
Reporting to the Shopping Experience Manager, you will help provide a positive and joyful shopping experience for IKEA visitors and customers. You will help keep the IKEA Alexandra store friendly, safe and secure, and handle customer queries or complaints professionally. You will be responsible for children's safety and cleanliness in Smaland and amenities such as the First Aid Room and Nursing Room. You will also plan, coordinate and follow up on IKEA Family and IKEA Family Kids Club activities. Other duties include recording information, handling paperwork, compiling statistics and general housekeeping.
