Report to the Kitchen Production Manager and oversee the daily operations of the kitchen production area. Assist with forecasting and purchasing food and supplies, and monitor manpower rosters while supervising kitchen co-workers. Manage waste, portioning and production to improve operational efficiency. Ensure kitchen facilities meet safety, sanitary and HACCP standards, and that food safety procedures are followed. Support menu implementation and launches.
