When
You will handle cashiering and checkout duties in a high-volume retail environment. This includes opening and closing the checkout counter, cash handling and deposits, and processing payments according to standard procedures. You will help customers scan products, operate scanning equipment and resolve transaction issues. You will also answer enquiries, support escalated customer issues, comply with audit requirements and help the department meet its KPIs. When needed, you will multitask and support other functions in the Customer Relations Department.
