Assist customers in designing their ideal IKEA kitchen, using the IKEA Home Planner and hand-drawn floor plans. Provide active sales advice on kitchen furniture, accessories and services such as assembly, installation, transport and finance. Conduct site measurements and cross-check kitchen drawings to minimise errors. Work with kitchen service providers to ensure kitchens are delivered and installed on time. Support the manager in executing departmental commercial plans and promotions.
