When
You will respond to customer inquiries, expedite critical orders and communicate dispositions. You will research and resolve order issues, and support the sales team with quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns and discrepancy resolution. You will maintain good customer relations and resolve claims and complaints fairly and in line with consumer laws. You will also keep electronic and hard copy records updated and look for ways to improve processes and procedures.
