Intern, Associate Relations (Jan-June 2027)

About the role

Support the Associate Relations team within Marriott's Human Resource Services group, covering Asia Pacific excluding Greater China. Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and co-facilitate associate relations activities and projects. Help monitor compliance with company policies, standards, audits and local labour regulations, and log, assist and close investigation cases in a timely manner. Research emerging associate relations practices, trends and legislation, and take on other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Undergraduate in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Management or Hospitality Management preferred
• Singaporean, Singapore PR, or holder of a valid student pass or work holiday pass
• Enrolled in or graduate of a university in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, the UK or the US
• Able to commit to a six-month internship
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
