Intern, Client Experience (Catapult) (Jan - Jun 2027)

About the role

You will help create exceptional experiences for Catapult's clients, learners, partners and visitors. You will support client onboarding, handle enquiries and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction. You will also help with day-to-day operations of learning and event spaces, coordinate logistics for programmes and events, and work with vendors and internal teams. In addition, you will maintain client and programme records, track feedback and service metrics, and support reporting and process improvements.

Requirements

• Student pursuing Business, Hospitality, Communications, Real Estate, Event Management, Marketing or related discipline
• Passion for customer experience, hospitality and stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Positive, service-oriented and willing to learn
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently and in a team
