Intern, Corporate Social Responsibility (Jan - Jun 2027)

About the role

Support the Group CSR Team in planning and running CSR and CapitaLand Hope Foundation initiatives in Singapore. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, community partners and volunteers on programme design, funding alignment and outcome tracking. Help digitalise business processes and manage data cleaning and reporting. Develop and manage communications materials such as videos, website and intranet content, EDMs and presentation slides, and collect impact stories. Assist with volunteer recruitment and coordination, and prepare CSR reports through data collection and analysis.

Requirements

• Team player with good communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
• Curious, resourceful and meticulous with good analytical skills
• Able to multitask and manage multiple timelines independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good command of English
• Good digital media and IT skills including basic design tools and MS Office
• Project and event management experience
