Support the Global Franchise and Strategy Planning team in developing and maintaining the franchise toolkit and portal. Help integrate resources from various departments so they are seamless and tailored for franchisees. Curate and organise content for China and global markets, including new brand sites and the learning management system. Assist with the AI Chatbot project on the portal by testing and providing feedback. Communicate and roll out new initiatives with global country teams, especially China and Europe. Support franchise audit implementation, track results, and research competitor franchise offerings and market trends.
