Support the Strategic Investments team on M&A deal opportunities through market research and business or investment feasibility studies. Help maintain up-to-date financial and benchmark data with macro and research support. Build financial models to support investment decisions and strategic planning. Assist in understanding and mitigating deal risks, and prepare business or investment approval materials. Provide support on real M&A deal execution when opportunities arise.
