About the role

An internship with the Merchant Business & Digital Payments team within Card Payments & Personal Loans, based at the bank's Singapore office. You will support a major card replatforming programme and wider process improvement work, gaining exposure to end-to-end business processes. It suits a proactive, detail-minded student who enjoys documentation, analysis and coordination.

What you'll do

Support the review, development and upkeep of standard operating procedures so processes are documented accurately and match business needs
Help review existing workflows and spot chances to raise operational efficiency and effectiveness

Contribute to process transformation work from the card replatform programme, including documentation, analysis and implementation support

Support project planning, tracking and coordination so key deliverables are met on schedule

Work with business and operational teams to gather information, validate requirements and support process enhancements

Help understand and document end-to-end business processes across the Merchant Business & Digital Payments function

Support preparation of project materials, reports, presentations and meeting documentation

Provide support on other business transformation and operational improvement tasks as assigned

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
Open to learning and feedback
Curious with strong attention to detail
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
