Support the establishment and management of new investment funds and capital vehicles across APAC. Originate, evaluate and execute strategic capital partnerships for a hyperscale data centre portfolio. Analyse portfolio assets and identify opportunities to attract long-term institutional capital. Build financial models to assess investment returns, transaction structures and capital solutions. Prepare investment committee, board and investor materials, and support due diligence and transaction execution. Conduct investor and market research, and coordinate with internal finance, legal and development teams plus external advisers.
