When
You will provide technical support for retail locations and the back office, both onsite and offsite. You will set up new IT devices, maintain and upgrade existing systems and networks, and handle back-end processes for opening new stores. You will also manage IT device inventory, coordinate with vendors, and evaluate and test hardware and software. Documentation of IT processes and other ad-hoc IT tasks are part of the role. You must be willing to travel to different locations.
