Support ECommerce projects by gathering and analysing end-user requirements and working with stakeholders on system analysis, design, troubleshooting and testing. Track development work and project schedules, and prepare status reports for the IT project team lead. Provide post-implementation application support to keep existing ECommerce systems stable and resolve user issues. Contribute to UI/UX design and frontend work on ECommerce websites, coordinating with designers, project managers and backend developers.
