Manage and maintain the company's central knowledge repository, ensuring content is accurate and up to date for new product and feature releases. Develop training and learning materials, and define documentation standards for the Customer Care team. Analyse customer contact drivers and large data sets to identify broken journeys, improve workflows, and support first-contact resolution. Work with stakeholders on process improvements and system enhancements, and track metrics to measure outcomes. Support contact centre operations by handling production issues and helping the team meet customer care KPIs.
