Handle clinical specimens meticulously, including registration into the Laboratory Information System, centrifugation, storage, retrieval and disposal. Attend to incoming calls and general enquiries from clients professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction with responsive and meticulous support. Follow specimen management procedures and PDPA guidelines, maintaining chain of custody. May be rotated to other lab locations or shifts as necessary.
