Lead the document control and information management function for a large renewable energy and transmission project. Establish and run the Electronic Document Management System, including workflows, document numbering, access, metadata and audit trails. Oversee receipt, registration, distribution, revision control, review and archiving of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and commercial records. Coordinate with EPC/EPCI contractors, suppliers, consultants, regulators and internal teams to enforce document control standards and track deliverables. Manage records retention, compliance, audits and turnover/handover documentation so operations receive complete approved records.
