Lead end-to-end product initiatives within government agencies, from discovery and problem framing through to product vision, roadmap and implementation planning. Work as an embedded partner to agencies, helping them navigate complex product and technology challenges while building internal capabilities. Establish and mentor permanent product teams, transferring product management expertise and best practices. Influence the adoption of product and engineering methodologies that support scalability, sustainability and measurable impact across government. Represent the organisation in cross-agency forums, communities of practice and thought leadership events.
