Lead Product Manager (HSA)

About the role

Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the agency's regulatory mission and digital transformation goals. Create multi-year roadmaps that anticipate regulatory changes, industry needs and technological advancements. Lead the product team and oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimisation. Conduct market analysis and customer research to identify needs, trends and opportunities. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in product management
• Proven track record of managing successful products
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
