About the role

You will shape the strategy and roadmap for the Future Courts Management System (fCMS), a flagship digital transformation programme for the Singapore Judiciary. Working with judges, court administrators, lawyers and partner agencies, you will identify where digital products can improve access to justice and streamline court operations. You will work in a product trio with Engineering and Design leads to discover, prioritise and deliver solutions incrementally. You will also help build product capability by coaching Product Managers and contributing to GovTech's product community.

Requirements

Experience leading complex digital products, platforms or enterprise workflows
Comfortable with modern digital delivery practices (Agile, cloud, APIs, product analytics)
Able to frame complex user, operational, legal and policy problems into clear product opportunities
Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills
