Lead Product Manager (National Arts Council)

About the role

Own the end-to-end reimagination of AHEAD, a centralised data platform used by the National Arts Council and partner agencies. Set the product vision, strategy and roadmap, and align them with divisional and cluster objectives. Lead stakeholder engagement across agencies, run product discovery, and prioritise the backlog based on user needs and business impact. Work closely with designers and engineers through the development lifecycle and track product performance using analytics. Lead, coach and mentor product managers, and help establish product management practice within the IT Division.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant product management experience
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing, coaching or mentoring product managers or a product team
• Proven track record of shipping successful products, including at least one data, analytics or reporting product
• Experience owning a product line or roadmap across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• User experience (UX) understanding
