Lead discovery, strategy and experimentation for a suite of products that help individuals strengthen their career health and make better training and career decisions. Develop the product vision and strategy, and get buy-in from senior stakeholders. Lead a team of product managers, designers and software engineers to rapidly discover problems, mitigate risks and deliver solutions. Drive user advocacy through great user experience and a robust go-to-market strategy. Define and track metrics to measure success and support product decisions. Balance new capability development, migration of reusable components and maintenance of existing tools while ensuring stakeholder alignment and operational continuity.
