When
You will be the main quality contact between factories, customers and suppliers. You will lead 8D investigations, manage RMAs and corrective actions, and present quality performance to stakeholders. You will also handle supplier and raw material quality issues, conduct on-site checks at contract manufacturers, and work to reduce defect rates. You will maintain QA records and SAP data, write operating procedures, and help build scalable quality processes.
