When
You will lead the AI Programme at GovTech, setting the product strategy for a suite of AI products and shared capabilities across the public sector. You will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex initiatives, from discovery to large-scale deployment, and make critical calls on model accuracy, hallucination management and operational readiness. You will run deep-dive discovery sessions with agency heads, translate operational challenges into technical requirements, and work closely with engineering teams. You will also mentor product managers and establish best-in-class AI product management frameworks and success metrics.
