Lead / Senior Product Manager (Digital Accelerator Unit)

About the role

You will shape product vision and strategy, using data and user needs to evaluate new opportunities and pitch new capabilities. You will lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data specialists, designers and operations experts, managing the product backlog and roadmap. You will make trade-offs between business needs, user requirements and technical constraints, and present roadmaps and updates to stakeholders. You will also handle user stories, acceptance criteria and product requirements, manage sprint planning, and ensure compliance with IM8 and government security standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience
• Product management experience in a start-up environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing stakeholders effectively
• Proven track record working with cross-functional teams
