Lead the product team for NEA's regulatory licensing platform, shaping its vision, strategy and roadmap. Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimisation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Work closely with engineering, design and customer support teams to align on priorities and communicate progress. Define and track KPIs or OKRs, using data to refine product strategy and improve outcomes. Act as the voice of the customer and mentor other product managers to build strategic thinking across the team.
