You will lead Digital Consumer Services operations across Southeast Asia and India, acting as the face of the brand to consumers. You will manage external vendors and contact centre partners to maintain KPIs and SLAs, and handle consumer escalations promptly. You will analyse daily reports to spot trends, find root causes, and drive improvements. You will also lead and develop a team of Consumer Services professionals and report operational performance to internal and external partners.
