You will lead the end-to-end leasing process for retail shop spaces within MRT stations, including tenant sourcing, lease negotiation, documentation, and onboarding. You will develop and execute leasing strategies to optimise occupancy, rental income, and trade mix across the MRT retail network. You will build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, franchise operators, business partners, and agents to drive leasing opportunities. You will also conduct market research, review lease proposals and renewals, and work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth lease handover and timely shop openings. You will track leasing KPIs and provide guidance to junior team members.
