Review draft and executed financing documents such as letters of offer, facility agreements, security and mortgage documents, and validate them against approvals. Support daily BAU operations for post-approval documentation processes through to redemption or full repayment. Act as facility agent, security agent and/or account bank in syndicated financing, including negotiating legal documents, collating conditions precedent, tracking conditions subsequent and covenants, and managing the facility life cycle. Liaise with business units and external parties such as lawyers, valuers and insurers. Ensure legal and security documentation is completed, conditions precedent are fulfilled before credit facilities are activated, and documents are properly custodied. Prepare letters and reports, update registers, manage day-to-day transactions to meet turnaround times, and contribute to process improvements.
