About the role

This role sits in the Marketing & Brand Office at Paya Lebar Quarter, where you will own integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish. You will work with internal teams and external agencies, and it suits someone with a few years of marketing or communications experience who can think strategically and also produce simple creative assets. The position is offered on a contract basis initially, with the possibility of extension or permanent placement.

What you'll do

Lead integrated campaigns across planning, channel selection, implementation, optimisation and post-campaign review
Track campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, approvals and dependencies
Write briefs and manage creative, media and other agency partners against agreed goals
Recommend audiences, channels, content and approaches based on objectives and insights
Align internal stakeholders and turn their input into clear direction for partners
Create and refine content for campaigns, social, digital and other communication channels
Turn policy, programme and technical information into clear, engaging communications
Build campaign narratives and messages suited to the audience, tone and context
Keep content and creative work accurate, on-brand and consistent across channels
Produce or adapt in-house assets such as social carousels, EDM visuals, banners and basic short videos
Use creative and AI-enabled tools to speed up production while keeping quality and brand consistency
Apply visual design basics like layout, typography, imagery and hierarchy
Analyse campaign metrics, audience research and other data for insights
Turn findings into recommendations for campaign decisions and improvements
Prepare concise reports and presentations for management with outcomes and next steps

Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English
Strong critical and strategic thinking with sound marketing judgement
Strong project management across priorities, timelines, budgets and multiple workstreams
Effective stakeholder and agency management
Able to interpret campaign data and research into practical recommendations
Familiar with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
