About the role

Oversee the operations and performance of a cluster of Active Ageing Centres to ensure quality service delivery and meet organisational and funding KPIs. Guide Centre Supervisors in programme planning, volunteer engagement, community outreach and resource use. Build partnerships with internal and external providers to support integrated, person-centred care for seniors. Support service development projects, programme evaluation and staff capability building. Supervise and coach Centre Supervisors and other assigned staff.

Requirements

Degree in social work, healthcare, community development, gerontology or related discipline
At least 5 years of leadership experience in eldercare, healthcare or social service sectors
Proven experience managing community programmes and centre operations
Strategic planning, systems thinking and change management capability
Strong stakeholder management skills with government agencies and community partners
